▶Raw Materials
FCB series WEILI board, special indoor products, with a variety of thicknesses to choose from, it is mainly made of Portland cement,
natural plant fiber, selected quartz sand,etc..,and after pulping, forming and high-temperature autoclave curing, and then drying
and surface treatment, free from asbestos, formaldehyde or other hazardous substances. It is a green and environmentally friendly material.

FCB shows excellent humidity resistance. It can still maintain stable performance and strength
when used in a long-term humid environment,and will not cause mildew to cause yellowing or sinking of the partition wall or ceiling.

FCB has high strength and excellent impact resistance, can be used as indoor partition wall in crowded areas
such as airport,school,large meeting center,etc.and is safer and more reliable.
Bending and shaping
FCB shows excellent flexibility for bending and shaping(it is recommended to use thin boards),can realize curved or curved
ceiling and partition wall and meet special functional requirements in terms of indoor decoration and acoustic reflection.
Durable and lasting
Major materials of the board are inorganic substances, such as Portland cement, quartz sand which have excellent moisture-proof,
insect-proof,mould-proof and other characteristics, and have a long service life.
The board has large specifications and can be cut into various sizes and shapes at will. The board has good flatness,
easy to do surface decoration, and has strong practicability. It can also be used as a sound-absorbing member
through perforation, which can effectively absorb sound and reduce noise and create quietness, comfortable indoor environment.
Convenient for installation
FCB installation can be performed with dry method.Generally,only self-tapping screws are needed
to fix the board to profile,which not only shortens construction period and thus reduces labor cost, but also helps to protect
the clean environment of the construction site and reduce the generation of construction waste.
